Can I stop the AI assistant from asking me to approve every action?

Yes. Before the AI assistant creates, deletes or updates things, or does something like sending an email, it shows a pop-up asking you to approve or decline. You can switch on Auto approve so it no longer stops to ask.

With Auto approve on, the AI just does the work without stopping, which suits things like building a website. A build can take five or ten minutes or more, so you can leave and come back when it is done. With Auto approve off, the AI asks for confirmation on those actions and you approve each step.

For actions that reach real people, such as sending an SMS or email to all your contacts, leave Auto approve off so you can see and approve them first.

If you only want an email drafted so you can review and send it later, ask the assistant to save the draft somewhere such as a file. It does not save drafts on the contact or in Conversations.
