Which workflow nodes should I learn first to build a voice agent?

A handful of nodes cover about 90 percent of what people want. Learn these first:

Conversation: how the agent says something on the phone.

Ask and Save: asks a question and saves the answer to the contact.

Hang Up: ends the call.

Book an Appointment: the booking step, used almost everywhere.

Call Ended trigger: runs after the call, for example to send an email or to post the answers from the call to another system.

Nearly everyone wants to ask questions on the phone, save the answers and book appointments, so these building blocks come up in almost every agent.
